I just took this video with my new iphone. I originally wanted to post one with Meg in the bathtub, but Rachelle said I could get arrested, so I figured the dog was safer. We finally gave in and joined the modern world with a phone plan that can actually text. I still can't think of very many reasons I'd want to text. But we took the plunge because we want phones that work in Europe.
I thought that this phone would be nice, but I had no idea it would be so useful. I can use it as a camera, camcorder, fax machine, web browser, e-reader, and that's just scratching the surface. I don't want to get games because then I'll have to fight the kids for it.
I took a 2 1/2 hour lunch today and watched BYU win their NCAA tournament game in overtime at the doctor's lounge. And I wasn't the only one. That place was packed. It was tough to concentrate all day at work with all the games. Speaking of tournaments, my city league team has won 3 in a row now and we're in the semifinal. We were bumped down to the lower division because we were so bad in the regular season, but we're tearing it up now!

You'll be surprised at how quickly texting will become invaluable. Like when you are watching t.v. and you want Rachelle to bring you a drink and a sandwich. Sweet!
We just barely got texting a few months back. I was resistant, but it is rather handy, I must admit.
Glenn would love one of those. We still need to wait a few more years to be able to get one :)
Jared-
I bought an iTouch a few months ago and it has been life-changing. Hope Rachelle gets an iPhone for her birthday (hint, hint)
