My whole family made the trek to sunny St. George to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Gosh I love these family get togethers, especially when we get to go somewhere as nice as St. George. I love mom and dad's house and it's so fun to be scrunched in tight with all of us together there.
The first thing we did was go to Red Lobster to celebrate Nicole's birthday. Carrie and Adam were joining us the next day, so unfortunately they couldn't be there that night. But the rest of us celebrated at Nicole's favorite place.
Leah was thrilled with her crab legs.
On Thanksgiving morning, the girls started the day out right with a little TV in the bedroom.
And then we all worked hard to put out the spread for the Thanksgiving meal. It was beautiful and delicious. Mom has always, since the beginning of when I can remember, made Thanksgiving meals special. She always makes tons of salads and her stuffing is hands down, the best you've ever tasted. Not only does it taste great, but she makes everything look so pretty.
Jared is never afraid to push the women and children aside so he can lead the way through the food buffet.
It was no surprise to see Adam in the kitchen. I'm not sure how it happened, but somehow Doug ended up in there too.
We haven't all been together in St. George for a long time and it was such a blessing for all of us to be there this Thanksgiving. The weather was gorgeous and the company was divine. Can't ask for a better Thanksgiving than that.
