Officially the End

Now that school is back in session, it is officially the end of summer. We're back to a structured routine whether we're ready or not. Experience tells me this will take a little adjusting, but we'll figure it out before we know it.

I've got a pre-schooler, a 5th and a 6th grader this year. Holy cow. I can't believe we have lived in Utah three years now. And I'm so happy that we found a great school for Brita where she has lots of friends, and so glad Leah is doing well and is happy and we're excited for Meg to be in half-day pre-school five days a week instead of three.

My girls were ready and excited for their first day back. While they were busy getting used to their new classrooms and saying hey to friends they hadn't seen in a while, I was busy whipping up the traditional first-day-of school candy bar posters.

They're a lot of work, but the girls love them and can't wait to sink their teeth into the goodies.
